Console is the core. Academics is an add-on.
Every school gets Aurora Console: the office side of the school in one place. Academics adds the classroom side. Add-ons install per school and sign in the same way, so you can start with the core and add more later.

How an add-on arrives.
- You ask for it. In a walkthrough or by email. Nothing is switched on without your say-so.
- We install a signed release. It goes into your school's own environment, one school at a time, and the install is recorded.
- It appears in your Console. Same sign-in, new workspace. Your fees and student records are not touched.

Can we start with the core and add Academics later?
Yes. Add-ons are installed per school, so a school can begin with Console and have Academics enabled when it is ready, without moving any data.
Does adding Academics change our fee or student records?
No. Academics keeps its own database and reads your class roster from Student. It does not write to fees or to student records.
What does each plan cost?
We quote in writing, per school: the core and each add-on itemised, after a walkthrough where we learn your size. There is no price list to decode.
Which rooms are in the core?
Students and families, fees and receipts, admissions, transport, reports and insights, year rollover, and access and audit. Year rollover is built and rolling out; the rest are in use today.
Is Academics available now?
It is built and being rolled into schools carefully. Ask for it in a walkthrough and we will tell you exactly where it stands for your school.
Are messages to parents available?
